We host our own events regularly, for specialists and newcomers alike: the THINK REACTOR Meetup in Bremen and Hamburg, plus evenings and trade fair appearances that follow without any prior knowledge. The team is there to talk to, entirely without obligation.

Yes. Places are open for the Zukunftstag and for school work experience — for particularly motivated and interested pupils from around year 9 upwards.

For students we would rather offer a working-student position; it is in the list above.

Sadly not at the moment — that calls for trainers holding the German Chamber of Commerce trainer qualification, which we do not have yet. The way in runs through an internship, a working-student post, or an application after training or a degree.

One application covers the whole group. The cover letter should say which positions, projects and group companies are of interest — that reaches all of them at once.

Usually three steps: a coding challenge, a conversation online and a conversation on site.

Sometimes a while. Applications arrive in waves, and we take the time to look for the right position for each one — not least because turning people down comes hard to us.

For any follow-up, replying straight to the confirmation email works best; that way the message reaches the people handling the application.

The first hours go to technical onboarding, after which work in a project team begins. From day one that means real projects rather than practice tasks destined for a drawer — with close support and one fixed contact person.

We work in highly self-directed project teams of two to five developers, depending on the project.

Mostly three to six months. Some run for years, turn into products of their own and, in a few cases, into separate companies within the group.

Predominantly German across the company. A basic command of it is therefore strongly recommended.

Yes, because keeping up with the state of the art in AI is part of our DNA — so continuous, intensive further training comes with it, through both internal and external offerings.
